At Home with Ross Adams: The Bedroom Suite

Former Hollyoaks actor Ross Adams and his partner Phil had built a two-storey extension and wanted the new main bedroom to feel like a suite in a luxury hotel. Lisa kept the palette neutral and timeless, added the touches of black Ross loves, and took cues from the cruise ships he holidays on. A low wall divides the bedroom from an open en-suite, with a freestanding bath and a bookmatched marble-effect shower wall. With no room for bedside tables, Lisa designed an upholstered headboard with shelves set into it, dressed the apex window in curtains and voiles, and hung a statement chandelier inspired by one on a cruise ship. A backlit dressing area gives Ross somewhere to get ready. As he puts it: "Every time I wake up and every time I go to bed, I think, how lucky am I to have this room."
