How It Works

2. Send over your voice note questions on WhatsApp, photos or videos of your space and any Pinterest inspiration you've saved, with a brief outline of what you need help with
3. Lisa records her responses: focused, detailed voice notes of around 5 to 10 minutes each, structured around your exact questions and challenges
4. Receive Lisa's personalised replies within 24 hours throughout your 96-hour support window. The window runs Monday to Friday, as the studio is closed at weekends. If it falls over a weekend, the clock pauses and picks up again on Monday
