Feeling like your small room is working against you? Lisa will change that. A professionally scaled floor plan for rooms between 8 and 12 square metres, delivered as a PDF within 7 to 10 business days.

Ever felt like a small room is working against you? Too cramped, too cluttered, or just impossible to arrange? That's exactly where Lisa comes in. This service gives you Lisa's expert eye applied to your smaller spaces, delivering a clear, considered floor plan that makes every square metre count, without the frustration of constantly moving furniture around.

Your space plan is drawn by Lisa herself.

Room Size

This service is for rooms up to 12m². To work out your floor area, multiply the length by the width in metres. For example, a room that's 3m x 4m is 12m².

  • Small Room: up to 12m² (approximately up to 346 × 346cm)
  • Medium Room: 12–20m² (approximately 346 × 346cm to 447 × 447cm)
  • Large Room: 20–40m² (approximately 447 × 447cm to 632 × 632cm)

The centimetre sizes are examples based on a square room. Room shapes vary, so go by the floor area.

Not sure which you need?

Two rooms with the same floor area can need very different levels of planning. If your room is an unusual shape or you have a lot you want from it, email lisa@lisahensby.co.uk before booking and we'll confirm the right package and price.
